Instead, they continued reaching out to “confirm” my visit—even after the car was no longer available. I had also clearly asked to be contacted via email or text, since phone calls disrupt my workday. Despite that, I continued receiving calls. This lack of transparency and disregard for communication preferences feels unprofessional. At best, it reflects poor coordination. At worst, it comes across as a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door. I’d strongly recommend confirming availability before making the trip.. ”
