“ I would not take my car here to get my tire pressure checked. One of the worst dealership experiences I have had in my 60+ years of driving. Needed a new windshield to get my 2022 Rx450hl through inspection. Called and when finally answered both Parts Dept & Svc. Adviser, said windshield would be in the next day and installed by COB. Fast, rather slow forward 4 days later windshield is installed. Also, phones are frequently not answered nor VM returned. To this end left over a dozen messages with Svc. Mgr., GM. & Svc. Advisor, for a status update and received 2 VMs from Advisor with little to no information. Worst part, asked service advisor, aka work writer, to: 1) not reinstall several items stuck on windshield…they were; 2) coordinate with insurance company for payment, which I had cleared…he did not; 3) for updates…none. Was told repairs would run around $1000… but, they were actually $2300. This price was excessive as the job was subcontracted. Was told he would be at dealership to check me out…he was not as he left early. Topping this all off was blue tape on the top of the windshield to the top of vehicle. Asked what was up with this and no one, absolutely no one knew what this meant. Truly NOT a quality dealership selling a major brand no less. ”
