Greg and Lucinda had my contact information and knew I’d be coming from Northern Virginia (about a 1.5-hour drive each way). What’s disappointing is that they did not proactively inform me when the vehicle was sold earlier this week. Instead, they continued reaching out to “confirm” my visit—even after the car was no longer available. I had also clearly asked to be contacted via email or text, since phone calls disrupt my workday. Despite that, I continued receiving calls. This lack of transparency and disregard for communication preferences feels unprofessional. At best, it reflects poor coordination. At worst, it comes across as a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door. I’d strongly recommend confirming availability before making the trip.. ”
