Jonathan was there to assist me when I had an accident and my almost 3 year old car was totaled. I have used him for a number of years to purchase an automobile. As the reputation of car dealers is not to tryst. I do trust him. He went out if his way to pick me up from the rental company and synced my remote to the garage door. Overall good experience. Josh was great. Hate how long the process takes. I cannot understand why it takes 3+ hours (no fault of Josh the salesman). Was hoping to get dash cam included but no offer or incentive to convince me or to pay in full $700 for it. Was misquoted the interest rate and not notified until after my credit was ran. It was not a huge difference, but a difference still that costs me more. I wish I had stuck with my initial plan to write a check. Anyway, we test drive one and that went well. Josh was very low pressure, almost no pressure, which is appreciated in this field. He laid out ideas and options, and was good at asking different things to jog my thinking to move us forward. I also had a good experience when I returned to drop the check off. I know I listed some negative things that stand out to me but working with Josh was low stress and im enjoying my new vehicle very much.

Recommend avoiding giving this dealership your business. Attempted to buy an used SUV from this dealership and was given the runaround / bait and switch while I was driving there for a pre-arranged test drive. First given different salesperson, then couldn't dig it out after waiting 4 days for the test drive. 5 minutes later it was damaged, then 5 minutes later it was being sold. Don't come to the dealership. Ask both salesperson to l;et me know if the vehicle does not sell. 5 days later it remains on their website for sale. No communication from the sales staff!

They don’t clean and remove the snow off their side walk Along their property full of snow that ppl or customers can walk safely or even to cross the west road to York road. It’s not safe to walk in the street I near gotten hit by cars just because Lexus dealership can’t clean up their sidewalk. I’m calling to report your company for not cleaning the sidewalk that you owen by law you should have clean the sidewalk salted. If I get hurt by a car I will hold you accountable for it. BMW removed the snow of their sidewalks and Mini dealerships removed the snow their sidewalks. I dropped my Lexus RZ off on 12/12/25, and it was not ready until 1/21/26-an excessive and unacceptable delay. My vehicle had multiple service campaigns and recalls, which makes the forthcoming lack of accuracy and oversight especially troubling. In addition to the recall work, I paid extra for the installation of logo puddle lights (parts and labor). Despite providing the correct part number (PT944-46230 – RZE RPUD RCDR), the dealership ordered and installed the wrong lights. I—not Lexus—identified the error and requested their removal. No refund, corrective action, or goodwill remedy was offered. I was also told required services were completed, yet my vehicle began to display a low washer fluid alert after leaving, calling into question whether even basic inspection items were performed. Most concerning, my card was charged $153 without authorization. When I contacted my service agent Ilias at Lexus, I was told there was no record or explanation for the charge. An unexplained charge with no investigation or follow-up raises serious consumer protection and billing control concerns. This experience reflects poor workmanship, inadequate oversight, and a complete lack of accountability. For a Lexus service department, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not trust this service department with my vehicle or my billing information.
